Leo snorted, shaking her head. “You’re too much.” She threw up her hands, as if at a loss. “What am I going to do with you?” She sighed dramatically, shifting uncomfortably in her seat. Lifting up her shirt to reveal her stomach, she poked it with her index finger. “I think this thing is doing flips. I can feel it moving around.” She laughed, pulling the fabric back down to cover it up again.“Ah, damnit!” he swore dramatically, punching a fist into the other palm. “That’s always a problem. I can turn people on but can never turn them off even if I wanted to.” he sighed, but his lips curled into a smirk as he eyed her cheekily. “Love, one of me is more than enough. And if you were to keep track on how big my head can grow in a day you’re going to need a really long measuring tape.”“Yeah, alright. Whatever you say.” She said in a sing-songy tone, holding up both hands. “But you know you’re never going to turn me off from the idea now.” She chuckled, placing her hands down onto her knees. “All of these mini versions of you running around wreaking havoc.” She stuck out her tongue, waggling it around childishly. “Irresistable? I think your head just got a teensy bit bigger.” She held up a hand and pressed together her thumb and index finger for referance.“Who said anything about wanting to be a dad?” he said defensively. Sure I love kids but. But what Blaise? You love kids, you want your own, you want Quinn, Quinn is more than capable in giving you kids- He shook the idea out of his head. “Well it isn’t my fault she prefers me to you now is it.” he chuckled lightly. “I’m irresistable!”She blew out a deep breath through her nose. “Yeah, alright. I mean, yes. Thank you.” She nudged him back with a little smile. “A kid or two? You want to have kids? Like, a family?” She couldn’t help the tone of shock that was blatant in her voice. “I never thought you were the type. I think I pegged you more as an uncle.” She said honestly. “But of course that’s important! That’s great. See, everything fits into place eventually.” She smiled, leaning back into the rough bark of the tree. “You’re going to find a lovely girl and have lovely kids and you are going to be so happy.” She sighed whistfully, traces of dissapointment clouding her voice. He averted his gaze to the sky and tilted his head upwards, making it less obvious that he wanted to hide his expression. “Yeah. The uncle type is fine.” he nodded in agreement, hoping the unenthusiasm in his voice will go undetected. He shifted awkwardly against the grass, not knowing what to say. It has dawned upon him in his early stages of life that he wasn’t the most articulate person when matters were less than hilarious or not about sex. Also, he couldn’t help but notice how sullen she voiced out on how his future should be. “I’m not good around others.” he finally responded after a few moments of silence. It’s been proven several times over.” he stated as a matter of fact-ly. “So yeah.” he licked his lips, deciding to do something about that traitorous sad tone of voice. “I am the uncle type.” he said in a mildly cheerful voice. She raised both eyebrows, studying his expression. There was an obvious hint of dejection about him, one that threw her off, made her think. Maybe, maybe she was wrong. “Who knew that you would want to be a dad.” She smiled, slowly shaking her head back and forth. “I mean I thought…but then…hey, I guess I was right all along.” She shrugged. “You are going to be such a good dad. I saw you with Evie.” She grinned, cocking a brow knowingly.

“Of course you’re going to be a good mum.” he said encouragingly, nudging her shoulder. “You already conquered the diaper changing which in my opinion is the hardest part so you’re set for anything!” he joked, trying to get her to relax. “But seriously though, you raised Orion perfectly. You can do it again.” he motivated her. “Yes, sounds nice, is nice, but hard to get.” he let out a contented sigh. “Maybe a kid or two but that’s not important.”“I’m going to try to be good mum.” She said suddenly, raising her head. “And do everything right. It’ll be different than…different than I thought, but…I can do it.” She spoke strongly, nodding her head as if giving herself tiny bursts of encouragement. Everything she said was really much more to assure herself than do anything else. “Happy.” She repeated slowly. “That sounds nice.”“Italy, huh.” She chewed on the inside of her lip, pondering over the whole thing. “I’d like to go there, I think. I’d like to go a lot of places, but we’ll see.” She clacked her nails together, “The rooftop.” She replied easily, barely having to think about the answer before it slipped past her lips. “Of my flat, back in Bristol.” She smiled at the thought, reminding herself how much she wanted to go visit back home. “When we were kids, Orion and I used to climb out onto this little ledge under my window and look at the stars. We’d find all the constellations we knew, and then we would make up some of our own.” She laughed, shaking her head. “I’m going to bring the little guy out there.” She said suddenly, looking down at her stomach. “You, know when he’s big enough to not fall, and all.” She paused for a minute, creating a short yet unbroken silence. “Right. Okay. Question. What do you want to be when you grow up?” She raised an eyebrow curiously.“Wow. Turquoise?” he asked further, suddenly finding himself in a pretty strange position for being overly curious about a colour. “Sratch that, not a question.” he shook his head. “Italy, definitely. You don’t know what real food tastes like until you’ve been to Italy, and it’s beautiful, too. Believe it or not having a mansion in Italy isn’t all that nice or grand like it is in the Wizarding World, in fact the smaller your house is the better. Gives you a reason not to stay inside all the time. ” he chuckled, thinking back about the good days where he would walk in town until he got lost and his mother would be worried sick when he returned home late. That was life for him. “How about you? What’s your favourite place?“Alright, if you want to put it that way.” She snickered, shaking her head in his direction. “Green blue. But not teal. Like…robin’s egg.” She said specifically, nodding as she spoke. “Oh. Shame.” She frowned slightly. She had never been on a holiday either, it was quite impossible with her living situation, but she had always hoped to and liked to hear about other people’s trips at the least. “What was your favorite place then. For however long you went.”“No, my love. I just have a totally brilliant sense of humour.” he chuckled, taking deep breaths to calm himself down. “Blue. That’s nice. Sky blue or dark?” he asked curiously. There was a lot of difference between someone who liked light blue and someone who liked dark. He shrugged. “Never really been on one. Mum always took me to other countries but it’s usually for a day or so.”“You’re totally house prejudiced.” She tsked, shaking her head. “It was nothing of the sort.” She pointedly rolled her eyes in his direction. “He was a total gentleman. The whole thing was really romantic. Roses, and all that.” She wrinkled her nose slightly at the memory. None of that was really her thing. “Poor Pansy.” She laughed. “Favorite colour? How very generic of you. Blue.” She shifted in her seat. “Favorite holiday?”
“Portykeys and Apparition. A wizards best friend.” he said jokingly, listening intently to her answer. “That’s nice.” he nodded, starting to pluck some grass out. “I think he’d love it. Kids these days barely get to do anything drastic. Half of them are too pampered and the other half couldn’t be bothered.” he turned to her to answer her question, “Happy,” he replied briefly, for he supposed that there was no further explanation needed.
